Michael Toddington has retired. Chief Tim Kimsey was appointed by President Chief Ron Boyd as the Acting Secretariat until a permanent successor is named.
Mr. Toddington addressed the Assembly in April in his home town of Vancouver, BC Canada prior to his retirement reviewing some of the activities over the last ten years. At a board dinner President Ron Boyd expressed the thanks of the membership and presented a memorable gift. The Delegates honored Toddington with a Life Membership.
